• 'Love is a Temple' facilitates the reservation of treatments & workshops, however the service provided is between the client and service provider (therapist/workshop leader).

• Bookings are valid on production of proof-of-purchase, please have your receipt ready and bring with you. Alternatively, please ensure you have photo ID.

• Bookings will need to be made separately for different services (i.e. 2x different treatments + a workshop or a selection of different workshops).

• Advance bookings available for over-21s only.

• Please note you must arrive on time for your treatment or workshop booking.

• Late arrivals may not be accommodated and no refunds will be issued.
  

• If you arrive late, your booking must still finish on time, meaning your booking will be shorter than the time slot offered.  We will allow 10 mins grace for workshops where possible.
  

• Massage is contraindicated by alcohol consumption. If you are under-the-influence, your service provider may refuse treatment. This is to ensure your safety and wellbeing and the enjoyment of everyone in the holistic area.
  

• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  

• All our holistic therapists are qualified, experienced and fully insured to professional standard. Please feel free to discuss your preferences (e.g.deep-tissue/relaxation massage) with your therapist who will customise your treatment to suit your needs.
  

• Some therapists may be able to offer different styles or additional therapies (see our Reception team for further details).
  

• Holistic treatments are for 25 or 55 mins and hosted in our luxurious idyll - Love is a Temple.
  

• This beautiful oasis is a spacious communal tent. There are no screens/dividers but our therapists will endeavour to preserve your modesty and comfort at all times.

• If you have any specific concerns or requirements, please email: nicola@pod.ie before booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  

• No previous experience is necessary, but you will need to be in a state of good health and have the appropriate level of fitness for some workshops.
  

• Come dressed appropriately for your experience with warm layers for afterwards.
  

• You are advised to bring drinking water and not to bring any valuables with you.
  

• Please get in touch if you have a medical condition/recent injury that may affect your ability to participate. We reserve the right to refuse admission to an experience in the interests of health and safety.
  

• Participation in all experiences is at the individuals’ own risk.
  

• Please ensure you arrive at your experience 10 minutes before the starting time, latecomers will not be permitted to join and spaces may be subject to resale.
  

• All experiences can happen in all weather conditions if deemed safe by the experience leader.
  

• The operators of the experiences reserve the right to refuse entry due to alcohol/drug use.

• Anyone deemed to be under-the-influence and/or at risk of injury will not be allowed to participate.
  

• The experience location/check-in point may be in different areas of the Lawns of Tranquility, *please make sure you have read the full information beforehand so you know where to go.
